SMS Terms / Messaging

Effective date: September 14, 2026. This page describes the current A2P / 10DLC SMS program operated by Cameron Williams.

Sender

Messages are sent by Cameron Williams. Contact: admin@cameronwilliamstech.com. There is no separate incorporated company, LLC, or DBA for this program. The operator is a sole proprietor / individual. No other company is a sender under this campaign. Third-party client messaging is not covered by this A2P campaign.

Current purpose

Purpose: development and testing of SMS delivery, conversation handling, message-status processing, opt-out behavior, and customer-messaging software functionality. Cameron Williams is operating this program for that testing only. The software is being developed for future business use. This campaign does not send SMS on behalf of customer companies, agencies, HVAC brands, or other third-party brands.

Recipients and opt-in

Enrollment is web form only: https://cameronwilliamstech.com/sms-opt-in. Recipients are designated testers who voluntarily opt in using that form. Enrollment is optional and is not required to browse this website. SMS consent is separate from Terms or Privacy acceptance. No unsolicited marketing is sent. No promotional campaigns are sent. No messaging on behalf of third-party brands under this campaign.

Opted-in test recipients may reply conversationally during testing. Those replies are not an alternative enrollment path for this development campaign.

Creating an internal software record is not consent. Consent is not transferred to unrelated senders. Marketing SMS would require separate appropriate consent and is not sent today.

Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Opt-out is honored. The application blocks outbound SMS to opted-out numbers and does not provide an administrator override. Reply START to re-opt in where supported.

Message frequency varies based on development and testing activity.

Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
