Terms of Use
Effective date: September 14, 2026. These Terms of Use describe the Cameron Williams Development/Test SMS Program and customer-messaging software operated by Cameron Williams.
Operator: Cameron Williams. Contact: admin@cameronwilliamstech.com. SMS enrollment is optional and is not required to browse this website. SMS consent is distinct from acceptance of these Terms. Third-party client messaging is not covered by this A2P campaign.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the software or participating in the SMS program described here, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or reply to program messages except to text STOP.
2. Description of service
Cameron Williams is developing and testing customer-messaging / SMS software. The current A2P campaign is for that development and testing only. Messages are sent by Cameron Williams to designated test recipients who explicitly opt in. The software is being developed for future business use. It is not used under this campaign to send SMS on behalf of customer companies. There is no public customer signup. The application does not send AI-generated messages, unsolicited marketing, or recurring promotional campaigns.
3. SMS program terms
The current SMS program is software development/test messaging. Recipients are designated test recipients who opt in through the public SMS opt-in form. That web form is the opt-in method for this campaign. No unsolicited marketing is sent. No recurring promotional messages are sent.
Opted-in test recipients may reply conversationally during testing. Those replies are not a second enrollment path for this campaign.
4. Consent requirements
Consent for this development/test campaign is collected only through the optional web form. Creating an internal software record is not SMS consent. Viewing this website or these Terms is not SMS consent. An unknown consent status is not affirmative consent. Marketing messages would require separate appropriate consent and are not sent today. Consent is not transferable to unrelated senders. Opt-out always blocks application-generated sends.
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on development and testing activity. There is no marketing cadence because marketing SMS is not part of the current program.
6. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient’s carrier and plan.
7. STOP and HELP
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS from this program.
- Reply START to re-opt in where supported.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@cameronwilliamstech.com.
8. Carrier limitations
Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Prohibited misuse
You may not use the software or SMS channel to send unlawful content, spam, or messages to people who have opted out. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, opt-out enforcement, or other security controls.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or carrier-guaranteed SMS delivery, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cameron Williams is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the software or SMS program. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the application changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when that happens. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
